INTEGRATED THERAPEuTiC
BODYWORK

INDIVIDUALIZED CARE FOR RELIEF, RECOVERY, MOBILITY, AND LONG-TERM FUNCTION

You do not need to choose a massage style before you book. Choose the appointment that fits your needs, and the session will be built around you.

WHAT IS INTEGRATED THERAPEUTIC BODYWORK

Integrated Therapeutic Bodywork is a personalized approach to massage and soft tissue care designed around how your body feels, moves, compensates, recovers, and responds.

It brings multiple massage, soft tissue, movement, and recovery-focused approaches together within one customized service. You do not need to determine whether you need deep tissue massage, sports massage, trigger point work, myofascial techniques, stretching, or relaxation work before you book. That is part of the process.

The goal is not to perform every technique in every session. The goal is to select and combine the approaches that best support the person receiving the work.

HOW YOUR SESSION IS BUILT

Every session begins with understanding what you need that day. Nathan considers your current goals, areas of tension or discomfort, movement and mobility concerns, physical demands, recovery needs, preferences, and how your body responds throughout the appointment.

Rather than following a fixed massage sequence, the work is adjusted in real time. Pressure, pacing, position, techniques, and areas of focus may change according to your comfort, response, and goals.

No preset routine. No One-Size-Fits-All Session.

initial assessment + integrated therapeutic bodywork

A more complete starting point for new clients, new concerns, changing needs, or anyone looking for a more individualized and targeted approach.

This appointment allows time for a detailed intake, review of goals and concerns, posture and movement screening when appropriate, range-of-motion observation when relevant, hands-on therapeutic bodywork, initial recovery recommendations, and a clearer direction for future sessions.

what to expect

1. CONVERSATION AND GOAL REVIEW

Your appointment begins with a focused conversation about what brings you in, what you want to improve, and what your body has been responding to recently.

Posture, movement, or range of motion may be observed when that information can help guide the session. Screening is used selectively and is not required during every appointment.

The hands-on session is built around your current needs rather than a fixed routine.

Nathan adjusts pressure, pacing, technique, and focus according to your comfort and how your body responds.

You may receive personalized mobility, stretching, self-treatment, recovery, or movement recommendations to help reinforce the work between sessions.

2. ASSESSMENT OR MOVEMENT OBSERVATION WHEN APPROPRIATE
3. INDIVIDUALIZED HANDS-ON WORK
4. REAL - TIME ADJUSTMENT
5. RECOVERY SUPPORT WHEN APPROPRIATE

WHICH APPOINTMENT SHOULD I CHOOSE?

NEW CLIENT, NEW CONCERN, OR CHANGING NEEDS

Start with the Initial Assessment + Integrated Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork appointment for the most complete introduction to the process.

Consider the 60-minute appointment for focused work, follow-up care, maintenance, or regular recovery support.

Consider the 90-minute appointment when several areas need attention, tension patterns are more complex, or you prefer a slower and more complete session.
